Colorful Primary Bath

Overland Park, KS

When the owners of this Overland Park home decided to update their primary bathroom, they wanted their fun and bold personalities reflected in the design. Our designer drew inspiration from iconic artists the homeowners admired, including Roy Lichtenstein, Piet Mondrian, and Andy Warhol for an eye-popping trio of bold colors – orange, teal blue, and lime green. The entire layout of the original bathroom was flipped from a narrow hall with his and her closets on either side with the shower and vanity at the end of the hall to a shower, tub and vanity right inside the door with the closets moved back and a separate toilet room at the end. An unused, but adjacent powder room was reclaimed and added to improve the newly moved closet space.
