Kristyn joins the Shack Built team from the family entertainment and arcade industry, where she spent 8 years as a project manager guiding design, merchandising, and sales teams. In early 2025, she brought her skills to the residential remodeling world, taking ownership of our pre-construction processes and helping bridge the gap between design, sales, and production. With a passion for delivering quality projects, Kristyn focuses on clear communication, strong organization, and streamlining processes to ensure an enjoyable experience for clients and an effective workflow for the team.
When she’s not cheering on the Shack Built crew, Kristyn loves spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their young daughter, Oaklyn. You can often find them cooking together in the kitchen, having spontaneous dance parties or wrestling matches, or heading outdoors on adventures with their family dog, Slater.
